
Now you can have your coffee and breakfast all in the same cup.
Many of you have come to love “Bulletproof” coffee, made by blending quality grass fed butter into a strong cup of coffee.
Many more of you still scratch your heads at the very thought of tossing butter into a cup of coffee.

After reading a recent CrossFit Masters thread about coffee, I decided to up the ante and to add some of these suggestions to my Sunday morning brew.
I call this .45 Caliber Coffee, because a .45 Caliber round is known for it’s knock down power. This cup will knock down any sleepiness or fatigue that is still in your system.

Today I blended my favorite Kicking Horse coffee with Butter, Eggs, SFH Protein Whey and Creatine. I figured worst case is that it would taste bad. But it didn’t. It was good.
Now I have another morning “wake-up time” alternative, Caffeine, Protein, and Fat blended together. Yes, all three major food groups in a single cup.
