This recipe is so easy, you won’t believe it.
Go buy several pounds of locally raised country style pork ribs.
(Don’t waste your money at the supermarket, they’re not even in the same league)
Turn the oven on at 250 degrees.
Place ribs in a large pan.
Cover or rub with your favorite seasoning. (Suzanne used Southwestern spices.)
Bake uncovered for two hours.
Turn the ribs over onto the other side.
Bake one more more hour.
Remove from the oven.
